Maximum 20 guests. Sleeping arrangements depend on group size and composition; two guests may share a double bed.
Children accompanied by an adult are welcome. Groups consisting only of minors cannot stay. Do not admit unregistered visitors to the property without prior permission. Illegal activities, conduct against public order or morals, and use for providing or receiving sexual services are prohibited. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, use may be stopped and guests may be asked to leave.
No pets (assistance dogs are handled in accordance with law). No indoor smoking, including electronic cigarettes. No Wi-Fi. Parking comfortably accommodates about four cars; ask about more. Use BBQs and fire only in designated areas, never on artificial turf. Clean equipment and dispose of charcoal and ash in designated places. Outdoor fireworks: courtyard only, until 22:00; no aerial fireworks.
Enjoy the changing seasons in our natural surroundings. Insects may occasionally enter rooms, and spider webs may appear outdoors or around the buildings. We clean and maintain the property with care, but cannot completely prevent these features of the natural environment.
Please normally request a direct booking at least 28 days before check-in. Requests within 28 days remain open to individual consultation, subject to availability and preparation. Existing stays and their three-day buffers remain unavailable. A request is not a confirmed booking; only our confirmation establishes the reservation.
Tax included: JPY 28,000 per night for up to four guests, plus JPY 4,800 per additional guest per night. Total = (28,000 + 4,800 × guests beyond four) × nights. Adults and children pay the same. Bedding type or use does not change the accommodation price. Separately requested experiences or options may incur additional charges, quoted before application.
Direct bookings: cancellation is free through eight days before check-in; 100% from seven days before through check-in day. Final guest count is normally set seven days before check-in. Reductions after final confirmation are not refunded. Increases require individual approval of capacity, bedding and operating conditions, with a recalculated price (maximum 20). The property pays bank fees for refunds. OTA bookings follow their agreed conditions.
Full payment by bank transfer is normally due seven days before check-in. For an exceptionally accepted booking after that deadline, we specify an individual payment deadline. We may cancel an unpaid reservation following individual review; cancellation is not automatic. Guests pay the bank transfer fee for accommodation payments.
Specific check-in instructions and emergency contact details for your stay will be provided privately before arrival.
Quiet hours: 22:00–7:00. Sort waste into burnable, non-burnable, bottles/cans and food waste; place it in designated locations. Before departure, check electrical appliances, fire safety and locks.
